Contractor Prospector is a private, single-user prospecting workspace for the owner’s agency. It connects nationwide contractor discovery, business audits, relevant outreach, and pipeline tracking.

The focus is established home-service businesses: foundation repair and waterproofing, windows and doors, remodeling, outdoor living, and concrete. The goal is to identify real acquisition needs before starting a conversation.

This is an internal agency tool, not software for resale or multi-user billing. The agency’s contractor services target $2,000–$3,000 monthly retainers for AI lead management and customer acquisition.
